Strawberries and Cream Salad Dressing

  1. *NOTE: In place of vanilla sugar, substitute 1/4 teaspoon raw sugar and 2 drops pure vanilla extract.
  2. Best if salad dressing is prepared at least 1 hour in advance.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. Or, in a small non-reactive bowl using an immersion blender, blend ingredients until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings before serving.
  6. Whisk before serving, too.
  7. Yield is estimated.
