Clams Casino

  1. Saute onions and peppers in butter and clam liquid.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Place in a 9x9" square baking dish.
  4. Bake at 450 for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. (Cover dish with foil so it doesn't get too brown and crispy, uncover for the last 8-10 minutes).
  6. Serve with crackers.
