Bedeviled Eggs

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out yolks; place in small bowl.
  3. Add tartar sauce, mustard and Tabasco; mash with fork.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon mixture into egg white halves, dividing equally.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. (Can be made 6 hours ahead.
  8. Cover; chill.)
