Baked Mushrooms With Gammon And Pineapple Recipe
- 1 x 175 gram thi cut gammon steaks, grilled (6oz)
- 2 x Pineapple rings, cubed
- 6 lrg Flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley
- 25 gm Butter, melted (1oz)
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 6 lrg Flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed
- 6 lrg Flat mushrooms, stalks trimmed
- Dice the gammon and mix with the pineapple, parsley, half the butter, garlic and seasoning to taste.
- Spoon the mix into the mushrooms and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
- Brush the outside of the mushrooms with remaining butter and place in a preheated oven 190 /375 F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 min.
- Serve immediately with hot crusty bread.
