Baked Mushrooms With Gammon And Pineapple Recipe

  1. Dice the gammon and mix with the pineapple, parsley, half the butter, garlic and seasoning to taste.
  2. Spoon the mix into the mushrooms and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
  3. Brush the outside of the mushrooms with remaining butter and place in a preheated oven 190 /375 F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 min.
  4. Serve immediately with hot crusty bread.
