Eye Opener Smoothie

  1. Heat the milk in the microwave and pour over the tea bag and brew for 5-8 minutes.
  2. Cool in refrigerator.
  3. Pour the milk into a blender, and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend 1 minute or until smooth.
