Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkg. of drumsticks or possibly pkg. of wings
- 1 can of chicken soup
- 1 can of mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice
- Wash chicken parts.
- Place in casserole.
- Add in 1 c. of water, cover, place in oven at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour or possibly till brown on one side.
- Turn chicken over, cook 15 min longer.
- Add in uncooked rice to drippings in casserole.
- Cook for 10 min.
- Add in 1 c. of chicken soup, diluted with 1 c. of water.
- Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fit for a king!
