Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Wash chicken parts.
  2. Place in casserole.
  3. Add in 1 c. of water, cover, place in oven at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour or possibly till brown on one side.
  4. Turn chicken over, cook 15 min longer.
  5. Add in uncooked rice to drippings in casserole.
  6. Cook for 10 min.
  7. Add in 1 c. of chicken soup, diluted with 1 c. of water.
  8. Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Fit for a king!
