Simple Macaroni Cheese
- 100 g cheddar cheese, Grated (maybe more for extra taste)
- 150 g macaroni
- 25 g plain flour
- 200 ml milk
- 25 g butter or 25 g margarine
- 1 tomatoes, Chopped into slices (optional)
- Bring a saucepan of water to the Boil.
- Add the Macaroni and Cook as Packet Instructs.
- Meanwhile, Add Flour Milk and Marg/Butter in a seperate Saucepan and heat on medium heat on hob, Whisking with a hand-whisk Constantly.
- When Starting to thicken add most of the cheese and continue to whisk.
- (save some cheese for topping).
- When thick and pasta is Al dente.
- Add Pasta to an oven proof dish (small one) and pour over the sauce.
- Top with the left over cheese and Tomato if used.
- And grill until crispy and Brownish, (To your taste).
- Serve Warm.
