Vegetarian Dog Chowder

  1. Cook kidney beans & set aside.
  2. Place potatoes in pot & cover with water.
  3. Bring to boil, then lower heat and cook for about fifteen minutes until soft and tender.
  4. Remove potatoes from pot & reserve water.
  5. In another large pot heat olive oil.
  6. Add the corn continue cooking 5 minutes.
  7. Add beans and water from potatoes; bring to boil.
  8. Reduce simmer until corn is tender.
  9. Place potatoes & milk into blender & puree.
  10. Pour into soup.
  11. Salt and pepper to taste.
