Peanut Butter Bar Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. flour
• 1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 c. butter

1. Grease square 9 inch pan.
2. Combine everything in a bowl and mix till crumbly.
3. Press into pan.
4. Bake 20 to 25 min.
