Grapefruit Cooler

• 9 cups (2 1/4 quarts) fresh red grapefruit juice (from about 6 grapefruits)
• 3 cups seltzer or club soda
• Garnish: fresh mint sprigs

1. In a pitcher half-filled with ice cubes, stir together juice and seltzer or soda and garnish with mint.
