Russian Golubsky Recipe
- 12 cabbage leaves
- 1/4 pound minced pork
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 pound grnd veal
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- Bring a large kettle of water to a boil.
- Separate cabbage leaves from cabbage head.
- Drop cabbage leaves into rapidly boiling water for 1-2 min, only sufficient to make them pliable.
- Drain.
- In a dutch oven saut
cabbage, pork, onion, garlic, butter, beef, veal, paprika, egg, rice
