Grain-Free Nut Bars
- 12 cup almond butter
- 14 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 medjool dates, finely chopped
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 12 cup raw pecans
- 12 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 12 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 14 cup dried cranberries
- Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat.
- Place all remaining ingredients EXCLUDING coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor.
- Process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.
- Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.
- Pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set.
- Once set, cut into squares.
