Appleberry Smoothie
- 12 cup ice, crushed (optional)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 large green apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 6 ounces water
- Put ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- If it is too thick, add more water and process until it is at the desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
