Steamed Cabbage and Pork with Sesame Salt Sauce
- 200 grams Pork (offcuts)
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Cake flour
- 1/3 a head Chopped cabbage
- 10 cm Green onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Chicken soup stock powder
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Put the pork in a plastic bag and season with sake.
- Coat with the cake flour.
- Layer the cabbage and pork in the Dutch oven with the final layer consisting of the pork.
- Sprinkle the ingredients over the top, cover with the lid, and heat to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with the green onions.
