Cracked Pepper Balsamic Sirloin Tips

  1. Season with Adam's Reserve Rub, marinate beef with Vinaigrette for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet at med-high heat and sear the beef for 5 minutes, add mushrooms, onions & marinade, saute until meat is tender.
  3. Stir in cream and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice or egg noodles or toast or wrap in a tortilla!
