Cracked Pepper Balsamic Sirloin Tips
- 3 lb Beef Top Sirloin Cubed
- 7 oz Cookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette (1/2 bottle)
- 4 1/2 oz Better Than Good Bacon Jam (1/2 bottle)
- 2 medium white onion, chopped
- 2 packages mushrooms
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Season with Adam's Reserve Rub, marinate beef with Vinaigrette for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet at med-high heat and sear the beef for 5 minutes, add mushrooms, onions & marinade, saute until meat is tender.
- Stir in cream and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles or toast or wrap in a tortilla!
