Breakfast flat bread

  1. Heat tortilla on a pan
  2. Make sunny side up eggs
  3. Spread avocado on the tortilla, as well as the spinach, butternut squash and salsa.
  4. Once the eggs are cooked, put them on top of the tortilla and cut into quarters.
