Poppy Seed Mustard Brunchwiches

  1. On a cutting board slice between entire block of 12 rolls in 1/2.
  2. Put bottom in a greased pan.
  3. Layer with ham and cheese and top with rolls.
  4. Cut between rolls to make into sandwiches.
  5. Sauce - combine sauce ingredients and bring to soft boil and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Add 2 T poppy seeds and pour over sandwiches.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
