Parsleyed Beef & Beans

  1. Combine the beef, onion and garlic in a saute pan, and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to break up the meat, for 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cumin, oregano, salt and worcestershire sauce, and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 3 to 4 minutes, oruntil the meat loses its pinkness.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste and kidney beans, and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley.
