  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized portions, then add to a plastic bag and add a few tea spoons of potato starch and shake to cover the chicken well.
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together.
  3. Fry the chicken in a little oil, then mop up the excess with a sheet of kitchen paper.
  4. Then add the sauce and fry gently until it becomes sticky and coats the chicken well.
