MAGIC Pumpkin Cake. .. ..

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  2. Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
  3. Pour into a 13x 9 pan.
  4. Set aside.
  5. I greased and floured mine.
  6. In medium bowl.
  7. Add pumpkin , evaporated milk, whipping cream, eggs, brown sugar.
  8. Whisk until smooth.Pour over the cake mix in pan.Bake for 1hour.
  9. Or until cake no longer jiggles in the middle.
  10. Mine took 50 minutes.
  11. Let cake cool.
  12. Make frosting by whisking together the white chocolate pudding & pumpkin pie spice, milk until smooth.
  13. Fold in cool whip.spread over cooled cake.
  14. Top with chocolate curls.
  15. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
