Mandys chicken goujons( tenders)
- 12 fresh chicken goujons - tenders
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 4 slice white bread made into breadcrumbs
- 1 salt n pepper to taste
- 1 ziplock bag for the breading
- 1 bowl for beaten eggs
- Heat oven to 190C /375F .
- Arrange a breading station
- Have chicken tenders ready ,then dip into seasoned eggs in a bowl .
- Then place chicken into a zip lock bag a couple at a time and coat well with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Repeat ,the steps egg and then breadcrumbs to ensure a good coating.
- Allow the coating to slightly dry for 5 minutes .
- Place chicken on a foil line cooking sheet ,bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked .
- Remove from tray and served,great just dipped into Ur favourite sauce ,with a salad or in a tortilla wrap and enjoy .The choice is endless .
