Mandys chicken goujons( tenders)

  1. Heat oven to 190C /375F .
  2. Arrange a breading station
  3. Have chicken tenders ready ,then dip into seasoned eggs in a bowl .
  4. Then place chicken into a zip lock bag a couple at a time and coat well with seasoned breadcrumbs.
  5. Repeat ,the steps egg and then breadcrumbs to ensure a good coating.
  6. Allow the coating to slightly dry for 5 minutes .
  7. Place chicken on a foil line cooking sheet ,bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden and fully cooked .
  8. Remove from tray and served,great just dipped into Ur favourite sauce ,with a salad or in a tortilla wrap and enjoy .The choice is endless .
