Pierogy Stir Fry
- 1 packages frozen pierogies
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 packages frozen stir fry vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce ( I used low-sodium)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- Cook vegetables according to the package directions.
- I used the microwave so I could concentrate on the pierogies.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a 12" skillet.
- Saute the frozen pierogies in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
- When vegetables are cooked and pierogies are browned on both sides, add vegetables to the skillet.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir gently to coat.
- Serve immediately.
- Goes well with a side of egg rolls, pot stickers, or rice!!
- Enjoy!
