Pierogy Stir Fry

  1. Cook vegetables according to the package directions.
  2. I used the microwave so I could concentrate on the pierogies.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a 12" skillet.
  4. Saute the frozen pierogies in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  6. When vegetables are cooked and pierogies are browned on both sides, add vegetables to the skillet.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir gently to coat.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Goes well with a side of egg rolls, pot stickers, or rice!!
  10. Enjoy!
