Warm Chocolate Sauce

• 2 ounces Valrhona Cara be bittersweet (66%) chocolate, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup heavy cream

1. Put chocolate in a bowl.
2. Bring cream to a boil in a small saucepan, then pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth.
3. Keep warm, covered, until ready to serve.
