Healthy Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Vegetables

  1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream and flour in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and flour with a wire whisk.
  4. Slowly stir in about 1/4 cup of the hot liquid from the crockpot and blend well.
  5. Then add mixture to crockpot and stir.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens, about 6-8 minutes.
  7. Serve with hot cooked pasta, couscous, or brown rice.
