Asparagus Sour Cream Bake Recipe

• 1 c. All green asparagus
• 1 sm Carton lowfat sour cream Paprika
• 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

1. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice; heat, but don't boil, asparagus.
2. Drain asparagus.
3. Heat, but don't boil, lowfat sour cream mix.
4. Place liquid removed asparagus in casserole dish; pour the lowfat sour cream mix over it.
5. Turn on broiler and run the asparagus in and leave till bubbly.
6. Sprinkle with paprika lightly before serving.
