Stir-Fried Chicken with Bok Choy
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) button mushrooms, halved lengthwise
- 1 lb. (450 g) baby bok choy, separated
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry 1 min.
- Add chicken; stir-fry 2 min.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry 2 min.
- or until chicken is done.
