Gin and Coconut Water
- 1 1/2 ounces dry gin
- 1 1/2 ounces pure coconut water
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- Dash pressed ginger juice
- Large ice cubes
- Fresh lime wedge for garnish
- Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and stir for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
