Japanese Summer Salad
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 lbs chicken, boiled and cut
- 3 ounces mai fun rice noodles, 30 seconds in hot oil
- 1 bunch radish, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- slivered almonds, toasted
- sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 12 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- tomatoes
- pepper
- Mix all ingredients just before serving.
