Coconut Water Jello Shots

  1. Put the coconut water in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the coconut water to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Mix in Jello then add the rum and mix to combine.
  4. Pour the liquid into ice cube trays (it fills about four 12-count ice cube trays).
  5. Let them set up in the fridge for one hour.
  6. This recipe tastes great with any flavor of Jello, so mix and match!
