Mexican Cornbread Recipe
- 1 can cream style corn (16 ounce. size)
- 3 c. self rising corn meal
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. warm pepper seeds
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 minced green pepper
- 1 minced onion
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. flour
- Mix all together.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till brown.
