Mike's Rub

  1. Combine all ingredients in a zip loc bag and squish until all mixed up!
  2. Place protein of choice in bag and squish until all is covered.
  3. Refrigerate for approx 2 hours.
  4. Grill.
  5. We were able to marinate enough meat for 6.
