Jicama Strawberry Salsa
- 1 12 cups diced jicama
- 1 cup diced strawberry
- 14 cup bing cherry, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch dried chipotle powder
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
