Veggie Tropical Salsa Burger
- 2 pkg. (283 g each) simulated beef veggie burger
- 1 can (398 mL) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 green onion, sliced
- 2 plum tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 8 multi-grain buns
- 8 slices leaf lettuce

- Prepare 2 pkg.
- (283 g each) simulated beef veggie burger according to package directions.
- Place prepared patties on 8 multi-grain or whole wheat burger buns.
- Combine 1 can (398 mL) drained pineapple tidbits in juice, 2 sliced green onions, 2 chopped plum tomatoes and 1/2 tsp.
- chili flakes in a small bowl.
- Top each burger with lettuce and a spoonful salsa mixture.
