Veggie Tropical Salsa Burger

  2. Prepare 2 pkg.
  3. (283 g each) simulated beef veggie burger according to package directions.
  4. Place prepared patties on 8 multi-grain or whole wheat burger buns.
  5. Combine 1 can (398 mL) drained pineapple tidbits in juice, 2 sliced green onions, 2 chopped plum tomatoes and 1/2 tsp.
  6. chili flakes in a small bowl.
  7. Top each burger with lettuce and a spoonful salsa mixture.
