Baker's One Bowl Brownies With Prune Puree Recipe
- 4 sqr Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. Butter, (1/2 stick)
- 1/4 c. Prune puree or possibly Lighter Bake
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Minced nuts, optional

- Heat oven to 350 F. (325 F for glass baking dish).
- 2.
- Microwave chocolate and butter in a large bowl on HIGH power 1 minute or possibly till butter is melted.
- Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
- NOTE:adjust time/power of microwave if needed... my microwave will scorch the chocolate if I go too long on HIGH power).

- Stir prune puree and sugar into chocolate till well blended.
- Fold in Large eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and nuts till well blended.
- Spread into a greased, foil-lined 9x13" pan.
- 4.
- Bake 28 to 35 min, till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Don't OVERBAKE.
- Cold in pan; cut into squares.
- Makes 24 fudgy brownies
