Edamame Three Ways
- 1 pound Frozen Edamame
- 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Salt, Kosher
- Prepare the edamame according to package directions.
- Separate into 3 equal portions and prepare as follows.
- To make it spicy: Drizzle one portion with chili oil and toss with red pepper flakes.
- To make it sweet: Drizzle another portion with honey and a pinch of salt
- To make it salty: Toss the final portion with butter and remaining salt
- Serve warm and remember to only eat the bean inside the pod and discard the outer shell.
- Pulling it through your teeth is half the fun!
