Stir-Fried Konnyaku with Miso Mayonnaise
- 1 block Konnyaku
- 1 bag Enoki mushrooms
- 3 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 1 tbsp *Miso
- 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp *Dashi stock granules
- 1 pinch *Sugar
- 1 tsp *Sesame oil
- 1 Chopped green onion
- 1 Ichimi spice (optional)
- Blanch the konnyaku and slice into 5 mm.
- Cut the pieces lengthwise in half.
- Cut the enoki mushrooms in half.
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the * seasonings.
- Heat a frying pan and stir fry the pork and enoki mushrooms.
- Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Add the konnyaku to the empty frying pan.
- Cook until the water has evaporated and both sides become golden brown.
- Return the pork and enoki mushrooms to the frying pan.
- Add the mixed seasoning and stir well.
- It's about right when the miso has browned.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with green onions.
- Sprinkle ichimi spice if you like, and it's done!
