Stir-Fried Konnyaku with Miso Mayonnaise

  1. Blanch the konnyaku and slice into 5 mm.
  2. Cut the pieces lengthwise in half.
  3. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half.
  4. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Combine the * seasonings.
  6. Heat a frying pan and stir fry the pork and enoki mushrooms.
  7. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  8. Add the konnyaku to the empty frying pan.
  9. Cook until the water has evaporated and both sides become golden brown.
  10. Return the pork and enoki mushrooms to the frying pan.
  11. Add the mixed seasoning and stir well.
  12. It's about right when the miso has browned.
  13. Transfer to a serving dish and top with green onions.
  14. Sprinkle ichimi spice if you like, and it's done!
