Old School Meatloaf
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 2 whole Eggs, Well Beaten
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 23 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Salt Or Onion Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Sage
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for ketchup, dry mustard, brown sugar, and nutmeg.
- Mix well with hands and put into a loaf pan.
- Bake for one hour.
- In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Spread over the top of the meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes.
