Grilled Lemon Pepper Cod

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Create a foil pan by taking a piece of aluminum foil and folding it into a square.
  3. Spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Add the fish.
  5. In a small bowl, add butter and soy sauce, mix until combined.
  6. Brush onto the fish and then add your lemon pepper seasoning onto each side of the fish.
  7. Take another piece of aluminium foil and fold it over the fish, leaving a little bit of room for the fish to breath.
  8. Crimp the edges together to create a packet.
  9. Place packet on the grill over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, until the fish flakes with a fork.
  10. Cooking time is about 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish so if your fish is thicker or thinner, cooking time will vary.
  11. Slightly adapted from Family, Food and Funs blog.
