Grilled Lemon Pepper Cod
- 12 ounces, weight Cod Fish Or Salmon, Thawed
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Create a foil pan by taking a piece of aluminum foil and folding it into a square.
- Spray it with cooking spray.
- Add the fish.
- In a small bowl, add butter and soy sauce, mix until combined.
- Brush onto the fish and then add your lemon pepper seasoning onto each side of the fish.
- Take another piece of aluminium foil and fold it over the fish, leaving a little bit of room for the fish to breath.
- Crimp the edges together to create a packet.
- Place packet on the grill over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, until the fish flakes with a fork.
- Cooking time is about 10 minutes per inch of thickness of the fish so if your fish is thicker or thinner, cooking time will vary.
