Tangy Pico De Gallo Salsa

• 2 each white onion
• 4 each italian plum (roma) tomatoes over ripe
• 1/2 bunch cilantro
• 2 each jalapeno pepper diced
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 each mangos coarsly chopped
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 1 x lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 each avocados ripe, coarsely chopped

1. mix all ingredients and shake in covered container serve as salsa or condiment for entree.
