Aztec World Cafe Artichoke Crab Dip Recipe
- 1 lb snow crab meat, thawed if necessary
- 6 ounce frzn artichoke hearts, thawed
- 1/2 c. cooked black beans
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 tsp salt, or possibly to taste
- 2 tsp grnd pepper, or possibly to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 2 ounce minced spinach (about 1/2 c. torn fresh leaves, or possibly cut from a frzn package)
- Shred crab into a medium saucepan.
- Add in artichoke hearts, beans, cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, shallots and spinach.
- Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring often to keep mix from becoming a thick, lumpy mass.
- (Or possibly place mix in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at medium power 5 min, or possibly till heated through.)
- Serve hot.
- Yield: About 3 c..
