Aztec World Cafe Artichoke Crab Dip Recipe

  1. Shred crab into a medium saucepan.
  2. Add in artichoke hearts, beans, cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, shallots and spinach.
  3. Bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat, stirring often to keep mix from becoming a thick, lumpy mass.
  4. (Or possibly place mix in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at medium power 5 min, or possibly till heated through.)
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Yield: About 3 c..
