Hummus-Like Pita Sandwich

  1. Drain, rinse, and mash the beans well; put in food processor if you have one for a few seconds.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Put one-third in each pita.
  4. Serves 3.
  5. Four points each.
