Tofu Doria - Super Easy Meal

  1. Mix together the cold rice, tomato ketchup, and drained tuna.
  2. Place in a doria dish.
  3. For the non-lazy - mince the onions and add as well.
  4. Whisk together the drained tofu and 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise until creamy, and spread over the doria.
  5. Top with mayonnaise the same way you'd do for okonomiyaki.
  6. Sprinkle with pizza cheese.
  7. Microwave for 3-4 minutes!
  8. If you want it to be crispy and soft microwave the ingredients during Step 1, then brown in the oven or oven.
  9. And it's complete!
  10. The cheese and mayo go well together!
  11. If you brown it in a oven, the top will be crispy and the insides soft.
  12. Tuna and mayonnaise is a great combo.
  13. If you're lazy like I was on this day, it only takes 2 minutes, including the microwaving!
  14. It tastes better than it looks.
  15. Variation: I halved the canned tuna (to cut back on calories) and added onions.
  16. Canned salmon is also delicious.
  17. If you're worried about the calories you can use boiled canned tuna.
  18. Adding onions makes for a better texture.
