Cranberry Sauce - Sugar Free
- 12 teaspoon plain gelatin (optional)
- 1 cup water
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- Combine cranberries, water and Splenda in a pan over medium-high heat (if adding gelatin, dissolve it in 1/2 cup of the water, then add to cranberries in the pot).
- Bring to a boil, and boil hard until cranberries pop.
- Keep in a tightly covered jar in the fridge.
