Cauliflower Mash

  1. Clean and chop the cauliflower and set aside
  2. Set a pot of water over medium high heat
  3. Once the water is boiling, carefully add your chopped cauliflower and cover the pot.
  4. Bring once again to a boil
  5. Then reduce heat to low and add the carrots.
  6. They should be peeled and roughly chopped.
  7. You can put more carrots if you want to
  8. Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat or until the cauliflower and carrots are mushy, not crunchy
  9. Once they are steamed, drain the water.
  10. Add the butter, yoghurt, cream cheese and seasoning
  11. Mash with a hand blender until smooth.
  12. It can be served warm or cold
