Dena's Shrimp and Pasta Salad
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) pasta - elbows, sm. ziti, bow tie; your choice
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 lg. vidalia
- purple onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt,
- to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper,
- to taste
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup catalina dressing
- 1 to 1-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Kraft roasted onion mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
- 1 pkg. sm. ready cooked frozen shrimp
- 1/2 cup tiny frozen peas
- 5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- Cook eggs and pasta according to directions.
- Chop all veggies and mix together.
- Thaw shrimp and peas in colander under cold running water.
- Mix salad dressing and mayo, spices and parsley together.
- Drain pasta, chop eggs and mix everything together.
- You may have to add more of the dressing if necessary.
