Healthier Beef With Broccoli for the Crock Pot

  1. Pan sear onion and beef.
  2. Mix together flour, ginger, garlic, stock, vinegar and soy sauce and pour over the top.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Add broccoli slaw and cook for 30 additional minutes.
