Applesauce Cake 1 Recipe

• 1 c. Applesauce, unsweetened
• 1/2 c. Butter
• 1 c. Brown sugar, light
• 1 tsp Soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 c. Flour
• 1/2 tsp Cloves
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 c. Raisins
• 1/4 tsp Salt

1. Mix butter, sugar, salt and spices.
2. Add in flour and applesauce in that soda has been dissolved.
3. Add in the raisins.
4. Pour into an oblong, well-greased pan and bake at 350-F about 35 min.
5. Suggested Wine: Ob'l Dunkes Kucka
