Artichoke, Tomato Panini

  1. Toast the focaccia bread (or if you have a Panini maker, save this step until later).
  2. Spread the Artichoke dip on the bread.
  3. Layer on the feta cheese, tomato and avocado.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grill on the Panini maker if you are using one.
  6. Serve.
