Stuffed Haddock

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange filets in the bottom of a greased baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide 1 tablespoon of butter by dropping flecks evenly over filets.
  4. Spread stuffing on top.
  5. Drizzle sherry evenly on top of stuffing.
  6. Sprinkle liberally with paprika.
  7. Divide remaining 1 tablespoon of butter by dropping flecks evenly over stuffing-topped filets.
  8. Bake uncovered until haddock is firm and flakes, about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Serve with steamed vegetables.
