Hot Fudge Sauce

  1. Place the cream and butter in a microwave-safe 1 qt glass measure and microwave, uncovered on high power just until boiling, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sugars and whisk until dissolve.
  3. Whisk in the remaining ingredients until completely blended.
  4. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) power for 1 minute.
  5. Strain the sauce and serve hot.
  6. Sauce can be reheated on medium power until heated through.
